What is Sub ID? How to track Sub IDs?
Sub ID is very useful for website owners and members posting links in various forums, groups, blogs etc. With Sub IDs, you can track how much clicks you got from each page where you posted link.
Or webmasters can also use it to track activity of their members.

To add Sub ID tracking to an link, just add -subid (a hyphen followed by your Sub ID)

For example, if you have a website on which you want to offer incentives to members who complete an offer, you should use Sub ID as following.
'raman' is an Sub ID in the following example.

In the above link example, the Sub ID 'raman' will be tracked throughout the process from click to transaction.

When will I get paid? What is the minimum payout?
We send payments by 28th of every month to members whose account balance reaches minimum payout in previous month.

For example, if you earn commissions in the month of January, your payments will be sent to you by 28th of February.

If you are in India, the minimum payout is just Rs.500.00 INR
For members outside India, minimum payout is $25.00 USD

If your account balance does not reaches the minumum payout, your balance will be kept safe in your account and you can earn more commissions in the next month and get paid in the next month.

What do the transactions with status 'Pending' mean?
When someone clicks your link and registers himself with our advertiser or makes an purchase at our advertiser's website, an transaction is generated in your account. This process of generating transactions is automated. To protect fraud, some advertisers set an approval period, which means, an transaction is manually verified and approved by advertiser on an 'Approval Date'.
Some transactions are approved within 24 hours of original action.

When do transactions reflect in my account?
Most of the transactions are automatic, they become available in 'Transactions' under 'My Account' within 6-12 hours of completed original action. Some, advertisers send transactions manually, such transactions can take up to 48 hours to show in your account.

How does my upline or downline effect my earnings?
Upline: When an new member is refered by an existing user. The existing user is called upline to the new user.
Downline: When an new member is refered by an existing user. The new user is called downline to the existing user.

The earnings of downline are not effected by the upline. Downline get 100% of their earnings with bonuses.
The earning of upline are effected by their downline. Upline get 20% of all earnings from transactions generated by their downline (excluding bonuses). The 20% extra is not deducted from downline's earning, it is given as an additional bonus to the upline.

What does 'Get Links' page mean?
This is where you will find a particular advertisers offer to advertise. If you would like a list of all campaigns in an country, simply click the particular Country on left hand side.

This way you are presented with a table displaying the Offer Name, Payout (commission) and Offer description. Click on 'Click here to copy Link / URL' link to get the Link URL.

To obtain HTML Code for a specific campaign you can click [+] sign near the Offer Name. You will be presented with the HTML Code of the campaign.

What does 'Referal Link' mean?
On 'Referal Link' page, you will get code to start your downline earnings. Clicking on the "Transactions" link allows you to keep track of the 20% of the earnings that you earn from other affiliates you have referred.

Why have I not been paid?
First, if you have not yet met the minimum commissions, that could be a reason. Other reasons include: It is not yet 30 days after the revenues have accrued, you have not earned any commissions, the money is in the mail, we have not yet been paid by the advertiser, or your account has been under investigation for fraud.
